Alo: High School Case Competition 2020 | Realization of the project

On Saturday, 12. December, on the Microsoft Teams platform, the finals of the High School Case Competition 2020 project were held, in solving a business case study intended for high school students. Behind this project, in cooperation with the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, is the best management consulting organization in the region, Case Study Club.

The event was opened by prof. Dr. Aleksandar Djokovic, vice dean for teaching at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences, as well as Lazar Sević, president of this competition and vice president for projects of the organization Case Study Club. The contestants were also welcomed by prof. Dr. Vesna Damnjanović, founder of the student organization Case Study Club, as well as Aleksandra Vučičević, president of the executive board and Nemanja Jevtović, president of the board of the Case Study Club. The entire competition was held online. 318 high school students from all over Serbia participated in the competition. The contestants had the opportunity to solve a real business problem, given by the company Jaffa Crvenka.

The project lasted from December 1st to the 12th, and all participants had the opportunity to attend educational workshops and thus gain the knowledge and skills necessary to solve the problem.
In the finals of the competition, the jury consisted of Andreja Srećković – brand manager at Jaffa Crvenka, Mina Telesković – Junior Account Manager at FCB Afirma, Natalija Jovanović – Senior Content Manager at FCB Afirma, and prof. Dr. Vesna Damnjanović, professor at the Faculty of Organizational Sciences and head of the Center for Business Studies of FON.

The first place in the competition was won by the Gerentes team, which consisted of Minja Krivokapić, a student of the Požarevac High School, Anja Radenković, a student of the Fifth School of Economics and Milena Stanković, a student of the First Kragujevac High School.
